Sample 7-Day Itinerary

Day 1
Arrival in Porlamar, check-in, first orientation drive along the east coast (Pampatar, Costa Azul, Playa El Agua).
Day 2
Viewings, round one: the top matches from your pre-trip shortlist, with time inside each property.
Day 3
Neighborhood day: walk your favorite areas in the morning and again after dark — services, noise, distances, security.
Day 4
Viewings, round two: second visits to your favorites plus any new releases; utility and condition walkthrough.
Day 5
Lawyer meeting: due diligence scope, document checklist, cost overview, and next steps if you decide to move forward.
Day 6–7
